Finding the right person in this industry is no simple task. Odds are you need someone right away and you don’t always have the time or the staff to properly screen potential candidates.
We only work with dedicated individuals who have proven themselves in the field. They are all dedicated, smart and hardworking. All of our crew are trained on our equipment and have a solid understanding of working in their departments.

Rates vary based on crew member experience and your budget.
Requirements:
Regardless of whether they are union or non-union positions basic on set courtesies are required.
- Overtime (past 12hrs) to be paid at an agreed rate
- Meal Breaks every 6hrs
- Basic Crafty (water and snacks at a minimum)
- Paid gas or expendable use
Payment:
All payment should be made out and delivered to the individuals hired.
